You can personally choose the look and feel of this portal from a variety of options we have created for you. User portal enables creating and tracking shipments, but also setting your company’s business data – prices, phone numbers, email, company description etc.

You’ll get instant notifications of new registered shipments via Telegram messages. If you have multiple couriers, they can all be members of the same Telegram group chat where the notifications arrive, easing organization.

Besides this, you also get an admin portal for members of your organization. Access to this portal is given only to the users you select, like any couriers working for you. On the admin portal it’s possible to have a clear overview of active shipments. It’s also possible to update their status, e.g., on final delivery to the recipient.

You also get user support, where our agents are always ready to help you with all doubts and issues. At this moment, support is only available via email correspondence.

Users of Pro and Enterprise tiers also receive weekly/daily backups of all data.

On top of all that, you’ll get a monthly report providing insights into how your business did.
