How many times were you frustrated with the existing shipping companies and courier services?<\/p>

Right now, in Serbia, there\u2019s a handful of courier services that a person can choose from. We started from having only one option \u2013 the Post Office, to having more and more options. Somewhere along the line, this expansion stopped, and we ended up with a few very large companies.<\/p>

The problem with getting too big is that this can lead to a lack of attention and care for any individual customer. How many times have you heard of people complaining about a certain courier service? How many times have you had to wait for your shipment for days, waiting for a call?<\/p>

Additionally, with only a few options, courier services were free to raise their prices as they wanted. Ten years ago, shopping online was a super convenient way of shopping. You never had to leave your couch, you\u2019d order an item, and shipping fee was an afterthought.
